Warranty Policy

All Big Agnes products include a Limited Warranty against manufacturing or material defect. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Big Agnes. If replacement product is not available credit will be given for the original purchase price when returned with a receipt. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other than intended.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Big Agnes gear. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. Products that are new and unused may be returned to the place of purchase with a receipt for a refund according to the individual retailer guidelines. If one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, contact our Customer Service team to help you find gear that fits your needs.

Send in original receipt with your gear for our team to evaluate and offer an in-house credit toward alternate product. Check out the down and dirty on Returns and Exchanges.

We believe in keeping gear going. Well-loved gear will develop battle scars. Fabrics tear, zippers retire, poles snap. When this happens, we will do everything in our power to repair your gear to get you back out there. We do so as inexpensively as possible to encourage keeping gear alive rather than sending it to a landfill.
