Pads

When your sleeping pad has reached the end of it's usable life, or you are ready to get into new gear, please do not throw your pad in a landfill. Try this instead:

  • Clean it and donate it to a homeless shelter. There is a patch kit in your pad stuff sack. Even if your pad no longer holds air, there is insulation in your pad that can act as a barrier from the ground.
  • Upcycle your pad. Line your car seats for wet dogs and muddy gear. Use the pad in your garden, as a floor mat, insulated windshield guard, or treehouse walls.
  • Show us how you upcycled your gear for a discount on your next BA purchase. Tag us on Facebook or Instagram or Tweet us with your creative idea.
