Big Agnes is happy to provide fleets of tents for a number of groups and outfitter companies. We are committed to repairing our gear to keep it in use and out of a landfill. If you have tents in your fleet that experience rips, tears, broken poles or other damage we are happy to get it fixed up for you to make sure you can keep using it to support your business. The Big Agnes warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for the lifetime of the product, and we can repair other types of damage for a minimal repair fee. Unfortunately we are not able to facilitate bulk repairs in the middle of our summer season.
If you need one tent repaired during the summer season, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our Customer Service Reps would be happy to help you out.
If you have multiple items that need repair, we begin accepting bulk repairs in October to make sure we have the time and resources to fully restore your fleet of tents. Please contact us at the end of your season so we can work out a time frame for repairing your gear that will work for your needs. We will ask that you fill out the form attached here: Big Agnes Outfitter Bulk Repair Master List and mark the damage in need of repair.
